  • Depending on the scoop, you may receive items like:

    • Stickers, notepads, pens, or journaling supplies

    • Self-care items (lip balm, face masks, eye masks, etc.)

    • Accessories (keychains, hair clips, jewelry, pouches)

    Every scoop is thoughtfully curated and never random junk.

  • Each scoop includes multiple items, with the quantity depending on the scoop size you choose. Full details are listed on each product page.

  • Customization is available, you can leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • We do our best to avoid duplicates within a single order. However, if you order multiple scoops across different orders, duplicates may happen—especially with popular items.

  • Mystery Scoops are surprise-based, so we can’t guarantee specific items. That said, you may list preferences or dislikes (for example: no earrings, no strong scents), at checkout and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

  • Yes! All items are brand new, unused, and carefully packaged.

  • Because Mystery Scoops are surprise items, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
